Ostrich Effect

Now I understand what top management do best...

  • They like to deny even they know what they deny and doubt are some undeniable facts...

  • They like to defend for themselves when people help them to find out their weakness....

  • They like to play like online game players (form a party to deny even they know they are wrong)...

  • They like to find other people weakness and magnify even they know they have the same thing...

  • They like to making fun of others which are smaller than them so they feel they are big....

  • They like to hide their weakness and thought others are idiot ....

  • They like to run away or play dummy when people ask things on their weaknesses...

How come most of the top management do such a thing while they should do the other way round??? How come they always think that others are idiots that do not know what they play with their tricks and try to hide things under their sleeves... May be they are too confident about themselves... Maybe their ego make them proud and try to step on others...

To me , they just act like an ostrich trying to stick their head under the ground to tell itself that there are no problem or prey around... But... the prey is just behind it and will take the move to ambush....

*Note: This is called an Ostrich Effect - a common but false legend that an ostrich would bury their heads in the sand to avoid danger ... But actual fact, they either lay flat on the ground or run away... or else, what's the use of two muscular feet they have..
